Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, better known by his stage name Carterefe, is a rising star in Nigeria’s music and entertainment industries.

On July 29, 2022, the young gifted comedian known for his fascination with the Starboy Entertainment boss, Wizkid, dropped an incredible piece of music titled, “Machala,” featuring young developing singer, Berri Tiga.

The up-and-coming beat-smith X produced the song “Machala,” a homage to the Grammy Award-winning performer Wizkid, which climbed to the top of the Apple Music charts in many nations around the world, including Nigeria.
The highly anticipated album has already made its debut on the US Billboard Afrobeats Songs Chart, yet it has only been out for a month. Right now, “Machala” is sitting pretty at number fourteen on the Billboard Hot 100.
